What Drive DTC Shop includes

Drive DTC Shop is the plan for repair shops and dealers. Like Pro, it is a one-time purchase through the Microsoft Store, with the price shown in the Store. There is no subscription.

What the plan adds

What that looks like in the app

• A Customers tab under Records: your customer book, fleets, follow-up calls due after invoiced work, and a yard scan mode for lots. See Customers, fleets, follow-ups and yard scan.
• Customer name, phone, email, fleet and notes on every garage vehicle, with a Customer authorized this scan tick.
• Your shop's name, phone, email, address and logo at the top of printed, PDF and shared reports, plus an optional customer coupon at the bottom. See Put your shop's name on reports.
• Digital inspections that print with the customer's report. See Digital inspections.
• Estimates and invoices with the customer's signature, and a link the customer can approve on their phone. See Estimates, invoices and customer approval.
• Email the customer their report straight from the Garage. See Email a report to a customer.
• Your shop's name on the windscreen stickers printed from the Garage's maintenance list.
• ABS and airbag codes, transmission temperature and tire pressures on every brand Drive DTC supports, without buying packs one at a time.
